Great customer service

Hello,

I wrote a comment yesterday regarding issues with shipping and the lack of free shipping options. I need to clarify. A) excellent customer service, I was called today in response to my comment trying to resolve the issue. B) it was my mistake, free shipping is an option, I just didn't get above the minimum order cost before tax. Thanks for the great service.

No Free Shipping?

I'm not sure what happened to the free shipping offer, but this last time I order my vitamins it was not an option. I was given ons option. Express with UPS, $17.00. It has been five days, still no vitamins . . .
