This is the only bariatric combination chewable that uses only calcium citrate (the recommended form of calcium for WLS patients). By taking 4 chews per day you will get a bariatric level multivitamin that includes 10,000 IU of Vitamin A, 3,000 IU of Vitamin D, 1000 mcg of Vitamin B-12, and 1,500 mg of calcium citrate! And since our combination multi includes calcium citrate but does NOT include iron, you will not have to worry about iron-calcium interaction. Available in our delicious Orange-Pineapple flavor!

I like taking those vitamins. For me, it's like going back to the hairdresser as a young girl and getting the Double Lollies lollipops. They are more candy to me than vitamins.
