By taking 4 chewables per day you will get a bariatric level multivitamin that includes 10,000 IU of Vitamin A, 3,000 IU of Vitamin D, 1000 mcg of Vitamin B-12, and 1,500 mg of calcium citrate! Service is excellent, I choose the chewables and have gotten my orders fast every time. Unfortunitaly the mango flavor will no longer be available, but at least they’re still the pineapple flavor. Hopefully they will come out with a new and better one eventually.
